Lee W. Brigham

Lee W. Brigham focuses his practice in the area of general civil litigation, with an emphasis on cases involving employee benefits, environmental and toxic torts, consumer fraud, personal injury, and products liability.  In particular, Mr. Brigham has extensive experience representing individuals and local governments in cases involving property damage resulting from environmental contamination, and he has been instrumental in helping plaintiffs recover tens of millions of dollars due to environmental damage and contamination.

In recent years, Mr. Brigham has devoted a significant portion of his practice to the representation of individuals harmed by violations of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”).  He is currently prosecuting several class actions on behalf of participants and beneficiaries of employee benefit plans who were injured by ERISA violations and against plan fiduciaries who profited through such violations.
