The lawsuit, captioned Silverstein v. The Procter & Gamble Manufacturing Company and The Procter & Gamble Distributing, LLC, 1:08-CV-00003 LGW-WLB, is pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia. It asserts claims for violations of Georgia’s Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act, equitable fraud, and fraud and deceit.
